Senior Manager Business Process Management FI/CO Europe: Lead SAP Finance and Controlling Expert

About the Role:
PUMA SE is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our SAP Finance and Controlling team in Europe. As a key member of our FICO team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our S/4 HANA Fashion solution and providing expert guidance on process and solution design to stakeholders across the European region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish process expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling for rollouts and serve as a central contact point for key users and fellow SAP specialists.
- Drive and execute the different stages of the SAP Rollout Process Implementation (Requirements, Testing, Implementation) in collaboration with SAP IT Teams and External Consultants.
- Analyze, improve, redesign, and document Accounting & Controlling processes and manage their implementation in the existing SAP S/4 HANA Fashion solution.
- Organize and execute specific SAP workshops and trainings to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.
- Operational experience in SAP S/4 HANA with in-depth knowledge of the FI/CO integration with the SD/MM Modules.
- Experience in SAP Retail or Fashion solutions, with previous project experience in retail, e-commerce, or fashion industry being a plus.
- Strong execution capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
