- Oversee tax compliance initiatives and assist the tax leadership in formulating strategic plans.
- Administer the effective tax rate and manage risks across European nations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure tax controlling and adherence to local regulations and policies.
- Provide guidance on tax-optimized frameworks for local business units.
- Design and execute global and regional tax strategies.
- Facilitate working groups and supervise tax examinations.
- Strategize and implement tax risk management protocols.
- Engage in significant decision-making processes and evaluations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

Education and Experience:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Taxation with a professional qualification.
- 5-8 years of experience within a multinational corporation or a Big 4 accounting firm.
