PUMA SE is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Financial Operations team in Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and implementing best practices in SAP Finance and Controlling.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Expertise: Establish and maintain process expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling for rollouts, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of SAP specialists, providing guidance and support to key users and stakeholders.
- Project Execution: Drive and execute the SAP rollout process implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation, in collaboration with SAP IT teams and external consultants.
- Process Improvement: Analyze, improve, redesign, and document accounting and controlling processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development: Organize and execute SAP workshops and training sessions to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with business partners, providing regular feedback and insights to improve working and delivery modes.
- Requirements
- Education: University degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, with a focus on Finance and Controlling or Business Process.
- Experience: Several years of experience in accounting according to IFRS, with knowledge of underlying commercial processes in Finance, Accounting, and Controlling.
- Skills
- Process Understanding: Strong understanding of controlling processes and best practices.
- SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, including FI/CO integration with SD/MM modules.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in SAP Retail or Fashion solutions, with a strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, or fashion industry processes.
- Soft Skills
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Leadership: Strong execution capabilities, entrepreneurial approach, and ability to work under pressure.
