Your Key Responsibilities:

Direct and enhance the project procurement for product innovation and client initiatives as well as Supplier Innovation SourcingSupervise and guide a team of project procurement specialists both in a professional and disciplinary capacityElevate project procurement within the parameters of cost, category, and supplier managementExecute risk and opportunity management throughout the product innovation lifecycleUncover procurement synergies on both national and international levelsOversee and evaluate intricate procurement initiatives and project procurement effectiveness

Your Required Qualifications:

Degree in business management, engineering, or a comparable qualificationExtensive leadership experience in procurementProven track record in process enhancement and change managementExceptional communication abilities across various organizational levelsProficient in MS Office and advanced SAP user knowledgeFluent in English for negotiation purposes
