About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of KWS Germany. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our country operations and driving business growth through innovative sales strategies and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and excellence
    • Lead restructuring initiatives to maximize synergies and create a dynamic team
    • Empower team members to embrace change and drive towards our shared vision
  • Drive Sales and Marketing Excellence
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and excellence
    • Lead marketing initiatives to promote our brand and products
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Represent KWS SAAT SE with Pride
    • Serve as a passionate ambassador for our brand, representing KWS SAAT SE with pride and enthusiasm
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and employees

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience
    • Proven track record of success in leading large, diverse teams and driving business growth
    • Experience in restructuring or transformation initiatives
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and market dynamics
    • Excellent business acumen, with a focus on sales, marketing, and team development
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
    • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (other degrees such as a Master's degree, an MBA or comparable degrees are an asset)
