Key Responsibilities- Inventory Integrity: Monitor and audit inventory levels to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Master Data Management: Analyze and troubleshoot discrepancies in master data to ensure data integrity.
- ERP System Support: Provide strong support for the transition to our new ERP system.
- Data Analysis: Prepare and distribute operational reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Master Data Changes: Track, maintain records, and communicate master data changes to the organization for new program launches and changes to existing programs.
- Item Creation: Create item numbers, departments, resources, routings, and bills of material for new program launches and changes to existing programs.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
- Experience: Experience in data analysis, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint), knowledge of ERP and database systems (Oracle as an advantage).
