Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Specialist to join our team at AAM. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory and master data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain inventory integrity, utilizing available reports and transactions to validate daily performance.
  • Support the transition to our new ERP system and develop procedures for its implementation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, including item numbers, departments, resources, routings, and bills of material.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot discrepancies in inventory and master data, providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Train and develop procedures for associates, ensuring a high level of data quality and integrity.
  • Prepare and distribute operational reports, summarizing data and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Audit bills of materials and routings, identifying and addressing non-conformances.
  • Perform cycle count records and provide root cause analysis for discrepancies.
  • Track and maintain records of master data changes, communicating updates to the organization.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • University degree in a technical field.
  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint, as well as ERP and database systems (Oracle an asset).
