Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the Customer Support Center. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience and support our team in daily business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and electronic communication, resolving customer inquiries and incidents in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and tickets in our system, ensuring accurate and thorough records.
- Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd level support teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Support projects related to technology and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, process descriptions, work aids, and manuals.
- Participate in a dynamic and internationally oriented team, providing 7x24 support.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Availability of 18-20 hours per week, with increased involvement during semester breaks (full-time possible).
- Strong IT affinity, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest IT topics.
- Excellent communication and social skills, with a strong command of German and English.
- Strong customer and service orientation, with a high level of service orientation.
