Job Description

As a Production Project Manager at Derichebourg Aeronautics Services GmbH, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects related to the installation and removal of engines and fan cowls. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are met, including quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the aeronautical industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in German and French a plus.
