Marketing Team Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Team Lead to spearhead our international marketing efforts and accelerate growth in key markets. As a key member of our Munich-based team, you'll lead cross-channel initiatives spanning social media, influencer marketing, PR, media partnerships, and advertising.
About the Role- Develop and manage all marketing initiatives for key international markets (DE, ES, IT, FR, NL).
- Work closely with our VP of Marketing to set measurable objectives for marketing initiatives and ensure the international marketing team tracks performance against these KPIs.
- Strengthen buycycle's brand position by establishing and maintaining relationships with brands, media partners, influencers, and athletes that embody buycycle values.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating regional marketing projects into broader marketing strategies.
- Oversee regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing campaign impact.
- Analyze and report on the results of international marketing initiatives, making recommendations to adjust the plan as needed.
- 5-8+ years of marketing experience.
- Possess a deep passion for cycling and/or other endurance sports.
- Demonstrate strong business and organizational acumen, with a native understanding of different cycling communities and cycling culture.
- Show a hands-on mentality, willing to take on various tasks within a small team.
- Exhibit excellent English speaking and writing skills.
