Engineering Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Operations Manager to join our team at A100 ROW GmbH. As a key member of our Infrastructure Services team, you will be responsible for managing a team of facility staff, overseeing the operation and maintenance of our data centers, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and security.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of facility staff, including hiring, developing, and coaching.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, including UPS systems, switchgear, and HVAC systems.
- Implement strategic preventative maintenance and corrective break-fix planning.
- Prepare for and manage facility infrastructure incident management plans.

Requirements- 4+ years of relevant engineering experience managing large-scale services.
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Proven track record of success in delivering complex projects.
- Prior ownership of the operation of a mission-critical team and/or product.
- Data Center Engineering or Mission Critical Facility Management/Engineering Experience.
- Project Management Experience.
- Capacity planning and budgetary experience.
