Perfect Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team in Hessen, Germany.

As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Event Participation: Participate in industry events and trade shows to build relationships with customers and promote our products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and support the growth of the business.

Requirements:

  • Technical Background: A technical background or degree in a related field is highly desirable.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in the machine tooling industry.
  • CNC Knowledge: Knowledge of CNC technologies and processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German.
