Senior Payments Manager

At Clear Ventures, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payments Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Payments team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic objectives and key results, KPIs, and targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the roadmap, product discovery, and strategy for the Payments team to drive short and long-term success.
- Balance the needs of customers, employees, and investors by driving continuous improvement in all three areas.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and optimization in Payments, both operationally and strategically.
- Coach and develop the Payments team, including direct line management.
- Lead and deliver on specific projects and initiatives as directed by management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant payments job functions.
- Deep knowledge and experience in Payments/Fraud/Checkout with trends and regulations.
- Passionate about solving customer problems through technology and automation.
- Data-savvy with experience in data querying and analysis.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Proven track record of taking ownership, driving results, and moving with speed in a fast-paced online environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging and influencing decision-making at all levels.
