Senior Consultant for International Wealth Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at Aon Solutions Germany GmbH. As a Senior Consultant for International Wealth Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and advising our clients on global pension and benefit plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and advise clients on global pension and benefit plans, including project management and consulting services.
- Develop and implement global benefit governance strategies and risk management for our clients.
- Conduct due diligence and transfer process for global pension plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or client advisory services.
- Completed degree in economics or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting for pension and benefit plans.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international environment.
- Interest in independent client advisory services and openness to sales, actuarial, and business topics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
