Your Role
As a (Senior) Consultant - Wealth and Asset Management, you will be responsible for analyzing, defining, and implementing new business and operational models, as well as digital transformation programs and post-merger integrations for asset managers, private banks, wealth managers, and deposit banks.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the analysis, definition, and implementation of new business and operational models, as well as digital transformation programs and post-merger integrations for asset managers, private banks, wealth managers, and deposit banks.
- Advise these client groups on key regulatory topics such as KYC, anti-financial crime, KAIT, KAGB, MiFID II, DSGVO, and related compliance questions.
- Support sales processes and participate in tenders and customer presentations.
- Take on (gradually) more responsibility for your topics, as well as the leadership of (partial) projects and project teams.
- In addition to project work, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various internal topics, further develop yourself internally, and implement your own ideas.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a successful university degree and several years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in asset management or management consulting. You bring your knowledge and experience in regulatory requirements (e.g. MiFID, KAGB or AIFMD), client segments, products, and distribution channels in the wealth and asset management sector, as well as knowledge of market-standard trading solutions and/or core banking solutions (e.g. SimCorp, Avaloq, Aixigo, OBS, Temenos, Bloomberg, Charles River or Aladdin).
Requirements
- A successful university degree and several years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in asset management or management consulting.
- Knowledge and experience in regulatory requirements (e.g. MiFID, KAGB or AIFMD), client segments, products, and distribution channels in the wealth and asset management sector.
- Knowledge of market-standard trading solutions and/or core banking solutions (e.g. SimCorp, Avaloq, Aixigo, OBS, Temenos, Bloomberg, Charles River or Aladdin).
- Experience in transformation projects (agile and/or classical) as a project leader, PMO, or business analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German and English, as well as a high level of mobility in the national and international environment.
