About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Aon Solutions Germany GmbH. As a Senior Consultant International Wealth Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and advising our clients on global pensions and benefits strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects related to global pensions and benefits, including project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on global pensions and benefits strategies, including risk management and governance.
- Develop and implement global benefit governance strategies and risk management plans for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including existing and new business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including actuaries, consultants, and other experts, to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and/or client advisory roles, preferably in the pensions and benefits industry.
- Strong knowledge of global pensions and benefits regulations, laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
