Director of Microcontroller Product Marketing

Job Summary
Renesas Electronics is seeking a seasoned product marketing professional to lead the development and coordination of our 32-bit microcontroller product line. As Director of Microcontroller Product Marketing, you will be responsible for positioning Renesas for leadership in focused automotive and industrial applications by leveraging product knowledge, application expertise, business development, and strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1s, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global business strategies to drive MCU business growth and increase OEM, Tier 1, and broader market penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities and drive product adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and engineering leads at target markets and customers.
- Develop and implement platform and solution selling strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales teams to support and manage customer design cycles from prototyping to mass production.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a strong microcontroller background.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive semiconductor industry with a focus on product marketing.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing market share.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
