Marketplace Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Consultant to join our team at Amazon TA. As a key member of our Strategic Account Services Team, you will play a critical role in helping our Selling Partners achieve their business goals and drive growth on the Amazon platform.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners, developing individual strategies and managing timelines, expectations, and communications.
- Run business analyses, producing profound business recommendations and actionable insights using a wide range of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
- Consult with Selling Partners on opportunities derived and potential business impact, leveraging your comprehensive Amazon knowledge to drive solutions.
- Support execution and operational troubleshooting, serving as a proficient sparring partner to guide the execution of strategic plans and answer ad-hoc questions.
- Build relationships with Selling Partners, gaining trust through close collaboration and delivering results, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Coach Selling Partners on Amazon's solutions and news, enhancing their knowledge and skills to succeed on the platform.
- Recruit and engage with prospective Selling Partners, identifying and qualifying candidates based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs.
- Prepare and present performance deep dives to facilitate monthly discussions around business progress, current challenges, and strategic plans with Selling Partners.
- Become an expert in a specific subject within our service organization, supporting peers, inventing processes, and tools to benefit internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop specific local requirements to ensure standardized processes are adapted to the needs of Selling Partners in this country.
- Excellent English communication skills and one of the following languages: German, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Czech.
- Preferably, work experience in top-tier level consulting, key account management, advertising sales, B2B, digital retail/e-commerce, business development, digital marketing, brand management, supply chain management, or similar.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a similar program from a top-tier university.
- Strong analytical skills allowing the interpretation of complex data sets using Microsoft Excel.
- Well-founded knowledge in strategy development and execution.
- Proven ability to successfully attract, manage, and interact with clients independently, particularly at the executive level.
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior presentation skills to inform and influence stakeholders.
- Account management and paid services experience is preferred.
