Business Analyst for Physical Security Operations

About the Role

As a working student of the Physical Security Operations team at SAP, you will play a critical supporting role. The team is responsible for safeguarding the interests of SAP's key stakeholders, employees, facilities, critical assets and business processes, brand, image, reputation, and overall value-creating activities.

The ideal candidate will support all administrative activities to support the Operations team, oversee ticketing system and workflow tools for security tasks, maintain our internal communication platforms, e.g. SharePoint, and perform checks for supplier topics, e.g. invoicing, orders, assessments, etc.

Requirements
  • You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
  • Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Safety and Security management
  • Excellent written and spoken business communications skills in English and German, ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools
  • Advanced planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented
  • Ideally previous internship experience
  • Availbility to come to Walldorf office regularly (location up to a distance of ca 50 km from the office preferred)

Estimated salary: €12-15 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a limited part-time position with approximately 10% expected travel.
