Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at MyWellness GmbH. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

• Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the reception area, including handling cash and card transactions, processing bookings and cancellations, and maintaining accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery, including coordinating treatments, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our spa services and products, making recommendations to guests and promoting our offerings.
• Contribute to the overall success of the spa by participating in sales initiatives, promoting our brand, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and card transactions.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
