**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Workday HCM and Compensation team. As our Technical Lead for People Processes, you will be responsible for driving technological advancements within Workday, focusing on the functional capabilities of Workday HCM and Compensation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the configuration, development, and enhancement of Workday core functionalities and automation.
  • Oversee development sprints and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and analytics capabilities development.
  • Foster collaborative relationships and drive end-to-end solutions.
  • Own your functionality areas in our roadmap.
  • Collaborate with our colleagues in various locations in a truly diverse team.

**Requirements**

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Workday for HR functionalities (preferably with HCM, and Compensation).
  • Experience with Workday Benefits and Extend is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of core people processes and user-centric design principles.
  • Proficiency in HR reporting and analytics, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Problem-solving attitude, proactive approach, and demonstrated initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills, adept at managing requirements and prioritizing projects.
  • Previous experience in project leadership roles using various project models.
  • High self-leadership skills and interpersonal competencies.
