Customer Success Manager - ESG SaaS

Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a significant impact in the ESG space? Our client, a rapidly growing ESG SaaS firm headquartered in Germany, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their commercial team.

The business secured their Series A funding earlier this year and you will have the opportunity to join as one of the first customer success managers. Working directly with the VP of Sales and Co-founders, you will support existing and onboard new customers, identify any customer risk, and ensure continuous client satisfaction.

As a growing business, you will have a huge opportunity to help shape the direction of the team and accelerate your own professional growth within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support existing and onboard new customers
  • Identify and mitigate customer risk
  • Ensure continuous client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Proven experience in a customer success role
  • Ideal experience with ESG and/or sustainability
  • At least 3 years SaaS experience
  • Client-facing expertise
