Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our technology team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with data scientists, algorithm experts, back-end and front-end engineers to expand your knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fielding and troubleshooting customer support requests
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Collaborating with our technical team to resolve complex issues
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years professional experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations in a role within customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting
  • Fluency in German
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
