Strategic Identity Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Governance Professional to join our team at Wenham Carter Group. As an IAM Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our SaaS provider's operational functions, including identity governance and administration, user lifecycle management, and segregation of duties policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support role modelling and role maintenance
  • Implement integrated and optimized identity and access management lifecycle processes
  • Define and maintain policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures for identity and access management, taking into account current legal, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements as well as the threat situation
  • Incident management and problem-solving support
  • Act as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders to resolve questions and issues with the access management tools
Requirements
  • Experience in one of the common identity and access management systems such as One Identity, Omada, CyberArk, Sail Point, etc.
  • Proven experience in information security with experience in identity and access management in a highly complex organization with decentralized structures and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in hands-on design and implementation of IAM platforms
  • Ability to communicate in an international environment in German and English
