Senior Mobile Software Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance and expertise to the development team, ensuring they're equipped with the latest tools and best practices to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Code Quality: Ensure that the code produced by the team meets the highest standards of quality, integrity, and maintainability.
  • Project Management: Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and meeting of quality standards.
  • Development: Contribute to the development of our code base, driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with our mobile SDK.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including product leads, tech leads, and data scientists, to ensure that technical designs align with product requirements.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team, exploring new tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the development process.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in software engineering, with a strong background in developing and delivering high-quality software products.
  • Leadership Skills: Effective leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and direct a team of developers.
  • Mobile Development: Multiple years of experience in Android and/or iOS development, with a strong understanding of mobile SDK development.
  • Automated Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, such as JUnit, XCTest, and Espresso.
  • CI/CD: Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, with a focus on ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Plus: Experience in Unity and React Native development, mobile SDK development, and Android Privacy Sandbox and/or Apple App Tracking Transparency.
