Senior Mobile Software Engineering Manager

As a highly skilled tech lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and guiding them in the development of a state-of-the-art mobile SDK solution for justtrack, a SaaS business that provides a comprehensive toolset for app and game publishers to manage their global marketing growth process.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Technical Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring they use appropriate tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Code Quality: Ensure the code produced by the team is of high quality, through code reviews, writing and enforcing coding standards, and using testing and validation techniques.
  • Project Management: Manage the technical aspects of the project, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Development: Contribute to the code base, pushing proof of concepts and high-impact features.
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, such as product leads, tech leads, and data scientists, to ensure technical design aligns with product requirements.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team, exploring new tools and technologies to improve the development process.


Requirements:


  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in software engineering, with experience developing and delivering high-quality software products.
  • Leadership Skills: Effectively lead a team of developers, providing guidance and direction.
  • Multiple years of experience in Android and/or iOS development.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
  • Plus: Experience in Unity and React Native development.
  • Plus: Experience in mobile SDK development.
  • Plus: Experience with Android Privacy Sandbox and/or Apple App Tracking Transparency.
