About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Intercontinental Supply Chain Solutions team as a Program Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global logistics leader and contribute to the success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key customers and develop strategic relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, implementation, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Relevant education and experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
