Job Title: Global Supply Chain Strategist

Join Olympus as a Global Supply Chain Strategist and contribute to the development and implementation of long-term supply chain strategies. As a key member of the Global Head of Supply Chain Management's team, you will provide strategic support, leadership, project management, and analytical expertise to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive supply chain excellence and business growth
  • Provide leadership support to the Global Head of Supply Chain Management, including coordination of cross-functional meetings and workshops
  • Manage and monitor key projects and initiatives to ensure timely execution and delivery
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and strategies
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
