Job Title: Integrated Logistics Operations Analyst

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the logistics industry? We're seeking a skilled Integrated Logistics Operations Analyst to join our international Kuehne+Nagel supply chain management division.

About the Role

As a Logistics Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in generating warehouse reports and data quality assurance activities to meet the needs of our customers in the aerospace industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed KPI reports and dashboards on a regular basis to meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure data quality and improve reporting processes
  • Supporting the implementation of new processes and executing user acceptance tests
  • Recognizing and addressing system-related issues impacting data quality
  • Showing ownership within your area of responsibility and executing tasks with expected productivity and performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of working experience in logistics, with a relevant degree or apprenticeship in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
  • A clear understanding of data and its impact on business processes, as well as an affinity for interacting with diverse systems within the end-to-end supply chain process
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook), Tableau/PowerBI, LucidChart, and automation tools
  • A proven ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong customer service orientation and fluency in English and German
