Stellenbeschreibung: Wir suchen einen Benefits Specialist EMEA, der Teil unseres dynamischen Teams wird.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Verwaltung und Administration von Benefits in der EMEA-Region
  • Bearbeitung relevanter Benefits-Rechnungen
  • Unterstützung des HR-Teams bei Benefits-Anfragen
  • Ansprechpartner für externe Anbieter bei täglichen und wiederkehrenden Themen
  • Verwaltung des Fuhrparks in fünf Ländern
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem erweiterten HR-Team, der Gehaltsabrechnung und den Finanzteams
  • Fortlaufende Prozessoptimierung und -automatisierung
  • Führung und Mitarbeit an diversen Benefits-Projekten

Qualifikationen:

  • Angemessene Berufserfahrung im Bereich Benefits sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Benefit-Anbietern und Maklern – idealerweise in der EMEA-Region
  • Neugier und Proaktivität, nachgewiesen durch Beispiele für Problemlösungen und End-to-End-Projekte im Bereich Benefits
  • Erfahrung mit Workday HR ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel
  • Erfahrung im Management von Benefit-Providern und Erneuerungen ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
