Technical Service Product Manager

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Service Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the servicing of Infection Prevention (IP) products from a technical point of view throughout the entire service lifecycle, from launches to end-of-life, across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining the technical standard for service activities in line with the requirements from legal manufacturers of IP products.
  • Closely interacting and collaborating with the Field Service organization across EMEA that performs the service activities at customers' sites, such as preventive inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Understanding the challenges of both legal manufacturers who define the requirements for service activities and Field Service Technicians who perform the service activities, and striving for pragmatic and service-oriented solutions for customers.
  • Cooperating with regional leads from the Field Service organization, leveraging local initiatives, and driving the expansion of service activities, such as hygiene services.
  • Monitoring the performance and quality of IP products in the market and sharing insights with legal manufacturers to foster continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Successfully completed studies in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or similar with a technical focus.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in service-oriented business areas.
  • Analytical thinking and structured decision-making.
  • Strong communication and effective collaboration skills with a sense for stakeholder management.
  • A customer/service-oriented mindset and empathetic being.
  • Proactive behavior and intrinsic drive for own responsibilities.
  • Experience in international and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
