CEWE is a leading European photo service and brand manufacturer in the field of photofinishing. We create, produce, and distribute unique and personalized photo products from our locations across Europe.

**Your Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Manager. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic projects within our national and international sales organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the sales leadership team in their activities, focusing on national and international CEWE photofinishing
  • Develop and implement our international sales platform, fostering collaboration across borders and with customers
  • Independently plan, moderate, and coordinate strategic projects
  • Report and analyze key performance indicators for the trade partner business
  • Conduct market or benchmark studies
  • Participate in pitches for new trade partners or contract renewals
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments within the company (e.g., R&D, finance, marketing)

**Requirements**

  • A successful master's degree in a business-related field, preferably with international experience
  • At least three years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of successful projects
  • Experience working in an international environment, with knowledge of different cultures and excellent English language skills
  • A willingness to adopt new approaches, be curious, and actively contribute to new business opportunities
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work structured and make quick, strategic decisions
  • A passion for complex challenges and the ability to distill and communicate them graphically and textually
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior management and colleagues
