About the Role

The Strategic Project Manager for Governance & Project Management will be responsible for initiating, managing, and driving projects and activities to successful execution and completion. This role will work closely with the Governance & Project Management team to implement methods to improve data management within the Business organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the execution of assigned projects according to the project plan and within agreed boundaries
  • Propose and manage project teams from initiation to closure
  • Lead business-critical and strategic projects
  • Combine, analyze, and organize raw information from different sources
  • Build data systems
  • Evaluate business needs and objectives
  • Interpret trends and patterns
  • Conduct complex data analysis and report on results
  • Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
  • Identify opportunities for data acquisition
  • Support the development of analytical tools and programs
  • Collaborate with IT on several projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or similar field
  • PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus
  • Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Knowledge of programming languages is desirable
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Hands-on experience with SQL database design
  • Great numerical and analytical skills
  • Leadership skills in building and leading project teams in a global, intercultural environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills including stakeholder management up to EMT level
  • Hands-on and pro-active mindset
  • Analytical thinking
  • Process-oriented approach
