As a Business Development Manager for People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and evolution of our People & Culture function. Your primary focus will be on leading and managing people projects and initiatives that drive meaningful change. This high-impact role offers a steep learning curve, where you will take on responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic cross-functional projects within the People & Culture team
  • Design and execute learning strategies aligned with organisational objectives
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different departments, seniority levels, and countries
  • Collaborate closely with the People Leadership Team and our Chief People Officer

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience with a proven track record from a consulting firm or a strategy/corporate business development department
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven project management success with the ability to prioritise and simultaneously process multiple tasks, as well as the capability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation
  • Passion for the field of people/HR with the ambition to innovate by challenging the status quo
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work, and a passion about making an impact
  • Ability to clearly communicate compelling messages making you a great discussion partner
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
