We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at our site in Roding.

About the Role:

  • Support the managing director in steering international sales in the business area Tecurity.
  • Expand sales activities and relationship management internally and externally using a structured approach.
  • Responsibility for new customer acquisition and support of the existing customer base.
  • Responsibility for results in worldwide markets of our solutions.
  • Lead employees on an international level.

About You:

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on engineering or sales.
  • Ideal first management experience in a sales organization, preferably in the area of capital goods and government business.
  • Sales experience in international markets and negotiating skills in government contacts.
  • Excellent technical and commercial understanding, as well as the ability to look ahead powerfully.
  • Confident and convincing appearance as a representative of our company and willingness to travel.
  • Business fluent knowledge of French, Arabic, and English, both written and spoken.
