About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Support Specialist to join our team at Atlas Titan. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clarify project scope with internal clients
  • Independently complete smaller tasks and introduce creative solutions
  • Procure and request planned work, as well as participate in contract awarding
  • Organize and coordinate various trades, train craftsmen, and educate staff
  • Monitor budgets and control costs
  • Prepare plant documentation

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a technical education as a technician or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in construction supervision and support
  • Willingness to take on smaller renovation tasks independently
  • Assertiveness and coordination skills
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
