Job Opportunity

We are a market research company, CXG, operating in the luxury-premium industry, seeking a dedicated individual to collaborate with our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging individuals interested in evaluating customer experience through luxury store visits. Our clients primarily belong to the fashion, cosmetics, watch, jewelry, and automotive industries.

This is a freelance position, offering great flexibility and the opportunity to complement a full-time position. Compensation is commissions-based, with a fee received only for candidates who perform at least one store visit with us.

Responsibilities
  • Search and identify individuals interested in visiting luxury boutiques and evaluating customer experience.
  • Requirements:
    • Passion for the luxury and/or fashion industry and/or shopping.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong critical thinking skills.
    • Extensive network of contacts.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
