Luxury Beauty Sales Executive

About the Role:
The GLOSSYBOX Business Development/Sales Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with luxury beauty brands. As a seasoned professional with a passion for beauty and sales, you will be responsible for sourcing exceptional products, establishing and executing department plans, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with luxury beauty brands, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
- Oversee the creation of compelling and innovative partnership presentations for brand partners
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure a first-rate brand feedback process
- Support the Head of Business in developing and implementing strategic brand-building partnership campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the beauty industry
- Outstanding sales and relationship-building skills
- Close network of key decision makers in the beauty industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Passion for beauty and the latest trends in the luxury category
- Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Authorization to work in the US
