We're seeking an experienced Service Designer to join our UX & CI team in Heidelberg, Germany. As a critical thinker and creative problem-solver, you'll inspire digital teams and stakeholders to design exceptional services that delight our customers and drive business value.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing journeys in online and offline channels, proposing solutions to drive business value.
  • Create tangible understanding of user needs and expectations by designing customer journeys and service blueprints.
  • Execute discovery and research with end-customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose actionable insights.
  • Communicate ideas effectively to teams and stakeholders in simple, practical, and engaging ways.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Service Designer or similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Hands-on knowledge of experience mapping and service prototyping.
  • Researcher at heart, with knowledge of various learning and discovery UX methods.
  • Proficient in moderation and facilitation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
