Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lab Engineer to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering and product development efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, assembly, and maintenance of test benches for various lab experiments and product evaluations.
  • Conduct hands-on testing using existing test benches, ensuring accurate data collection and proper operation of equipment.
  • Document test results, preparing clear and concise reports to support research and development processes.
Requirements

You have:

  • Enrolled in a university and can commit 20 hours per week.
  • Studying a relevant degree program (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science).
  • Hands-on experience in assembling electrical boards and building circuits, with a strong technical understanding.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and software testing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We offer a one-stop-shop for the purchase and installation of individual and intelligent energy system solutions, enabling every household to quickly and professionally live, heat, and be mobile in a climate-neutral way. At the same time, we are working in our technology department on the further development and expansion of the Heartbeat software to connect customers worldwide with the electricity market and offer them the cheapest and cleanest electricity tariff possible.
