Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lab Engineer to support our engineering and product development efforts in the field of renewable energy. As part of a cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our lab environment, where we test and integrate solar, battery, heat pump, and EV charging solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the design, assembly, and maintenance of test benches for various lab experiments and product evaluations.
  • Conducting hands-on testing using existing test benches, ensuring accurate data collection and proper operation of equipment.
  • Documenting test results, preparing clear and concise reports to support research and development processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Enrollment in a university and a commitment of 20 hours per week.
  • A relevant degree program, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Hands-on experience in assembling electrical boards and building circuits, with a strong technical understanding.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and software testing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
