Rolle im IT Enterprise Management
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen ITIL-Prozess-Experten, der sich in die Rolle des IT Problem Managers einbringen möchte. Als Teil unseres internationalen Teams wirst du die Herausforderung annehmen, unsere IT-Infrastruktur zu verbessern und die Verfügbarkeit und Resilienz unserer IT-Dienste zu erhöhen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du wirst die Rolle des IT Problem Managers übernehmen und dabei die ITIL-Prozesse in unserem internationalen Umfeld unterstützen.
- Du wirst Probleme bewerten, Meetings moderieren und Problemanalysen mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen koordinieren.
- Du wirst an der Konzeption, Etablierung und Automatisierung von Prozessabläufen rund um ITSM-Prozesse beteiligt sein.
- Du wirst Maßnahmen zur präventiven Reduzierung möglicher Störungsursachen definieren.
- Du wirst Standards zur Verbesserung der Verfügbarkeit und Resilienz von IT-Services definieren.
- Du wirst die Prozessleistung überwachen, KPI-Berichte erstellen und die ITSM-Plattform (ServiceNow) analysieren.
Deine Qualifikationen
- Du hast eine einschlägige IT-Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik.
- Du hast gutes Expertenwissen zu ITIL-Prozessen und IT-Infrastrukturen.
- Du hast praktische Kenntnisse von ITSM-Tools.
- Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verstehen und analysieren und bist in der Lage, diese zielgruppengerecht zu kommunizieren.
- Du hast analytisches Denken, ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten mit hoher Eigenmotivation, Engagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Du arbeitest service- und kundenorientiert und hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern.
- Du hast sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch.
