Job Title: Field Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Manager to join our team at Canon. As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve customer service experience and create engaged customers
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Set clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents
  • Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a customer service manager or lead engineer
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Working knowledge of customer service tools, software, and database
  • Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications
