**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting safety awareness and safe performance among all team members and ensuring that all work follows relevant Eng.Co.Cz procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Promote safety awareness and safe performance among all team members and commit to achieving the company goal of Zero LTI.

• Implement the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) program to ensure all work follows relevant Eng.Co.Cz procedures.

• Work in accordance with Eng.Co.Cz procedures and requirements that have been produced to ensure the protection of the environment.

• Overall responsibility for the performance of the projects under their control.

• Manage project interfaces and integrate operational requirements.

• Manage and communicate project performance.

• Manage project complexity.

• Participate in safety audits and leadership with clients.

• Ensure that client requirements are met, projects are completed on time and within budget, and that everyone else is doing their job properly.

• Typical responsibilities include:

• Agreeing project objectives.

• Representing the client's interest.

• Providing independent advice on the management of projects.

• Organizing the various professional people working on a project.

• Risk assessment.

• Ensuring that all the aims of the project are met.

• Ensuring that quality standards are met.

• Using the latest IT to keep track of people and progress.

• Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors.

• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.

• Accounting, costing, and billing.

**Requirements**

• Experience in Oil and Gas in Terminal/Depot environment in Brownfield projects.

• Experience in project and construction execution for projects such as tank construction and refurbishment, gantry loading, terminal automation system, vapor recovery unit.

• Accreditation by third-party independent bodies such as PMI/APM is preferred but not essential.

• Conversant with construction safety requirements.

• Fluent in the local language where they will be required to operate.

• Engineering degree is a must.

• Excellent communication and change management skills.

• Experience in working globally/regionally, being familiar with international practices and cultures will be an asset.

• Good knowledge of the inter-disciplinary engineering fundamentals as applied to Terminals and Depots.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization.

• Strong communication and team building skills and ability to work virtually across cultures.
