Position: Bid Coordinator
We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our proposal processes for prospective clients and current partners, converting bids into persuasive sales documents. Your responsibilities will include planning and orchestrating various phases of the bidding process, leveraging your communication and project management expertise to improve the quality and effectiveness of our proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of the bidding processes
- Drafting proposal documents and aiding in the development of offers
- Conducting editorial tasks and ensuring adherence to our quality benchmarks for proposals
- Maintaining and documenting systems for bid generation
- Enhancing bid management workflows
Required Qualifications:
- Completed degree in a business or technical discipline
- Experience in bid management, project oversight, or sales assistance
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
