Account Management Support Specialist

Als Assistent Key Account Management bei Aroundhome unterstützt du unsere Key Account Manager bei der Akquise und Pflege von Großkunden. Du bist ein wichtiger Teil unseres Erfolgs und triffst wichtige Entscheidungen, um unsere Kunden zufriedenzustellen.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reportings und der Pflege von CRM-Systemen
- Akquise von potenziellen Partnern für unsere Key Account Manager und unserer Geschäftsführung
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Großkundenterminen
- Pflege des Salesforce-Systems und Sicherstellung der einwandfreien Erfassung neuer Verträge
- Kooperation mit dem Lead Management und Vorbereitung der Key Account Manager auf Termine
- Lösungsorientiertes und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Kaufmännischer Hintergrund (Ausbildung/ Studium)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im serviceorientierten oder Assistenten Bereich
- Organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zuverlässigkeit
- Kenntnisse der MS Office-Anwendungen und Flexibilität in der Einarbeitung in neue Aufgaben und Systeme
- Souveränes und humorvolles Kommunikationsverhalten auf Entscheiderebene
