POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Lead Sustainability Consultant at Quantis, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of project outcomes for our clients while also driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Establish and cultivate credible, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in the Chemicals and Industrial Goods sectors, transforming them into more substantial partnerships.

AS A LEAD SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT - CHEMICALS AND INDUSTRIAL GOODS, YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Managing and executing client project work related to chemicals and industrial goods:
- Deliver and support projects that may range from environmental footprint assessments to target establishment and action implementation.
- Oversee all facets of client projects, from project initiation to solution development, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables while maintaining project profitability and efficiency.
- Build, develop, and manage effective and balanced project teams, providing growth opportunities and constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve project risks autonomously, both within the project team and with clients.
- Recognize and address skill or knowledge gaps within the project team.
- Identify process or system enhancements that could boost project team effectiveness.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients across the chemicals and industrial goods sectors, including engaging with prospects, drafting proposals, and presenting to potential clients.
- Contribute to communication and marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Proactively identify client needs and propose solutions that leverage one or more standard offerings, successfully securing multiple projects annually.
- Collaborate in co-designing solutions and proposals with team members, including experts and strategists.
- Provide reliable quality reviews for proposals.
- Build and maintain optimal and trustworthy relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
