Job Title: Sustainability Consultant

Guidehouse is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Consultant to join our team. As a Sustainability Consultant, you will work with clients to develop and implement sustainable solutions that reduce their environmental impact and improve their bottom line.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sustainability Consultant who has a strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to develop and implement sustainable solutions, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainable solutions for clients, including energy efficiency projects, renewable energy systems, and sustainable supply chain management.
  • Conduct environmental and social impact assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for clients.
  • Work with clients to develop and implement sustainability strategies, including setting and achieving sustainability goals and targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and scientists, to ensure that sustainability considerations are integrated into all aspects of client projects.
  • Develop and deliver training and education programs for clients on sustainability best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable supply chain management.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
