Key Responsibilities:

* Vision & strategy: Develop and execute a sales technology strategy that aligns with the company's goals and drives revenue growth.
* Sales processes optimization: Streamline and enhance sales processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
* CRM management: Supervise the implementation and upkeep of our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
* Forecasting and reporting: Develop and uphold precise sales forecasts to guide strategic decision-making and generate regular sales reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in sales operations in a SaaS environment.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
* Experience with sales forecasting and CRM management, including with Hubspot.
* Excellent communication skills and experience working in a remote-first environment with a distributed team.
