Construction Management Supervisor

At Exyte, we're driven by a shared vision of innovation and excellence. As a Construction Supervisor - Process System, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of high-tech industries, including semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and data centers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects in future-oriented sectors, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, ensuring seamless execution of complex EPC projects or subprojects.
- Document construction progress and report to construction managers, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with EHS regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Attend site inspections, acceptance meetings, and other critical events, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Record defects and track defect resolution progress, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
- Verify submitted documents from subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Your Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or entry-level candidate with engineering degree.
- Experience in construction management is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards.
- Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and stay on site for 5 days during project assignments.
- Intercultural competence, team spirit, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities.
- German driver's license class B.
